Guided meditation in English

Guided meditation in English with a body scan.

In these times of social distancing due to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, we postpone our guided meditation sessions on location at Livsindsigt in Vejle.

As a replacement, here is a video recording with a guided meditation in English of about 40 minutes to use as guidance while meditating.

As we recommend in our group sessions, use guided meditation to build your own skill in approaching life with calm, mindfulness and acceptance. Such as at some point you will be able to meditate without guidance, in full silence, for instance for an hour a day.
